Eddington’s of Exeter is a casual fine dining restaurant known for its locally sourced menu. Chef / owner James Eddington, a graduate of Fanshawe’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program (1998), has a long-standing reputation as a champion of food tourism in Huron County. Demonstrating a philanthropic spirit, Eddington established the Eddington’s of Exeter Server of the Year awards.

Impact

The Eddington’s of Exeter Server of the Year award recognizes the hard work, dedication and overall proficiency in the dining room environment of a full-time, first year student in either Fanshawe’s Hotel and Resort Services Management or Food and Beverage Management programs.
