  • Successfully completed the final level (final semester) of the*Respiratory Therapy* program
  • Attended on a full-time basis
  • Maintained a minimum 3.5 GPA (cumulative)
  • Demonstrates motivation, dependability, reliability, and responsibility within the program and/or placements, and has shown strong interaction and understanding of ‘team’ effort
  • Must have successfully completed all clinical placements
