• Be an international visa student with a valid Study Permit from Turkey (to be confirmed by International Office)
• Awarded the highest incoming GPA from previous educational institution
• Be registered full time in level 1 (or in first semester with advanced standing) of any post-secondary program
• Be registered in the first post-secondary program at Fanshawe College
• Disbursement after successful completion of level 1 and are registered in level 2* and based on the availability of funds.
