International European Language Excellence Entrance Award

• Be an international visa student with a valid Study Permit from CIS, Europe, Israel, or Mongolia (First language other than English; British, Iris, and Maltese students excluded) (to be confirmed by the International Office).
• Must meet the English requirements listed below
• Must be registered full time in a * any post secondary program* for the first time at Fanshawe College
• Must be in *Level 1 (or in first semester with advanced standing) *
• Must achieve: IELTS 7.5 with no band less than 6.5 or
• IELTS 7.0 with no band less and 6.5 or
• Duolingo 135+
• Duolingo 130+
• Awards will be given to the highest qualifying language scores, based on the availability of funds. If necessary, student’s GPA from previous institution will be used to determine selection.
• Disbursements upon *successful completion of level 1 and registered in level 2.
• Students do not apply for this award. It is selection based on above criteria.
