Successfully completed the *Developmental Services Worker Apprenticeship program at Fanshawe College, London Campus. Should the DSW Apprentice program not be offered, students from the Developmental Services Worker program or the Developmental Services Worker Fast-Track program will be considered
*Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
*Exemplifies the core competencies of the Developmental Services Worker sector including, but not limited to: fostering independence, advocating for others, initiative, resiliency, problem solving, interpersonal relations, & respect and collaboration
*Is a champion of the DSW apprentice program, and has proven to be a leader among his/her peers within the program
