*Full time at Fanshawe College and has completed the second year in the Respiratory Therapy Program.
*Must have achieved a Grade Point Average of at least a 3.0.
*Demonstrates interest and aptitude in advancing the use of technology through research and/or innovation
AND/OR
*Contributed to the development of a technological innovation (product innovation) or (process innovation) that has been brought to market *OR *improved a product or process whose technological characteristics are significant and deferment
*meets Canadian Citizenship criteria
