This award was established to support and encourage a full time student who has:

- completed year 2 in the Construction Engineering Technology Management program
- achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.8 or higher
- Has demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activities within the school and/or community through volunteerism or participation
