- Successfully completed level 1 of the Personal Support Worker program
- Maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Demonstrates motivation and dedication to his/her learning; thrives in both independent and team environments; demonstrates a strong client-centered approach; is dependable and reliable; has a strong interest in working in the community; and demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for the personal support worker profession
- Four students will be selected to receive this award from each of the four campuses: London, St. Thomas Elgin, Huron/Bruce/Perth, and Woodstock
