• Currently enrolled full-time and has completed Level 1 Welding Techniqes program
• Maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA
• demonstrated leadership characteristics with respect to his/her classmates, faculty and staff and worked productively as part of a team
• demonstrated a keen interest and strong ability in the field of welding
