• Successfully completed the final level (final semester) of the *Emergency Telecommunications Certificate * program
• Attended on a full-time basis
• Maintained a minimum 3.5 GPA (cumulative)
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and leadership skills through his/her class work including clinical/field placement
