Mercer Culinary Awards

  • Currently enrolled full-time in either Year 1 of the Culinary Skills, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Nutrition and Food Services Management program, or Year 2 of the Culinary Management, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Food and Beverage Management programs
  • Maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative)
  • Demonstrates the highest combined average grade in eligible practical lab courses
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in the hospitality industry
