  • Successfully completed the final level (final semester) of one of the following programs: Motive Power Technician (Automotive), Motive Power Technician (Automotive) – Apprentice, Motive Power Technician (Diesel), or Motive Power Technician (Diesel) – Apprentice
  • Attended on a full-time basis
  • Maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative)
  • Demonstrates a high degree of perseverance, dedication, and enthusiasm, tolerance and achievement
