• Sucessfully completed the final level (final semester) of the Motive Power Technician (Automotive) or Motive Power Technician (Diesel) program
• Attended on a full-time basis
• Maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative)
• Demonstrates a high degree of commitment, cooperation, conduct, respectfulness, teamwork, integrity and enthusiasm for life-long learning
• Demonstrates leadership qualities through personal example amd acceptance of additional responsibilities in support of the division’s mission/values
