London & District Dental Society
The London and District Dental Society (LDDS) is a non-profit, voluntary professional association and component society of the Ontario Dental Association. LDDS provides continuing education programs to advance the art and science of dentistry and is dedicated to improving the oral health of London and surrounding communities. The Society supports multiple awards for Fanshawe’s Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs.
Impact
The London and District Dental Society Awards recognizes a full-time student with the highest grade point average at the completion of both the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs. LDDS also funds a Professionalism Award for both programs, recognizing a student who demonstrates enthusiasm in their studies and is engaged in class participation.
