Garland Canada understands the importance of giving back, which is why the company established an award to recognize culinary student excellence in Fanshawe’s School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts. The Garland Canada Cook of the Year Award recognizes a full-time first year student in Fanshawe’s Cook II – Apprenticeship program who achieves the highest overall grades in practical lab courses.
